In addition to accessible parking, we offer patron drop-off at our front lobby for patrons with limited mobility, courtesy transport chairs to assist patrons to their seats, and infrared assisted listening devices. Service dogs are also welcome (harnessed and leashed), but you must notify the box office at the time of ticket purchase so that they may reserve an aisle seat for you. If you are unable to contact our box office in advance, please see one of or ushers upon your arrival.

 

Other Accessibility Services:

ELEVATOR: A patron elevator is located between the entrances to Bill Heard Theatre and Studio Theatre.

WHEELCHAIRS: Wheelchairs are available for patrons needing assistance getting to or from seating. Ushers will provide assistance.

AUDIO AIDS: RiverCenter patrons can now take advantage of our new and improved assistive listening system available for all performance halls. The new system utilizes FM radio waves and Wi-Fi signals to provide a superior audio experience. Please visit Guest Services to request a device to ensure your ultimate listening experience.
